200 arms only freestyle (ok - I can't remember exactly what I did - it was pulling, but I can't remember the set)
6? x 50 scull down w/eggbeater and freestyle back
6 x 100 kick (10 second rest between each) (odd- backstroke; even- freestyle w/kickboard)
200 warm-down freestyle
Gosh, this seems so short! I didn't do any cardio really, but I feel like I'm missing something... I need to start writting down my workouts exactly after I do them (or before!).
