I haven't seen this movie yet (will on NetFlixs soon), but I'm sure that the same things will bother me. Too bad, I though it looked good. Maybe the plot will save itself. I will admit that I had NO idea it was supposed to take place in Jordan...

We just watched it this weekend. I don't know anything about what a Jordanian accent is supposed to sound like as compared to other Arabic accents. I thought it was okay. You'll have to post what you think about the movie.
ReplyDeleteWell, I don't think it was so much the accent as the fact that apparently the landscape is obviously not Jordan and they talk about couscous and other things that are NOT Jordanian...
